Cilantro-Lime Aioli

A tangy-creamy sauce to use as a dip or as a topping.

  • 3 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayo


  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  • Mix together until well combined.


  • If you're looking to make a lower-calorie version of this aioli, substitute greek yogurt for the mayo. 
  • Add sriracha or red pepper flakes to make it spicy! Add to taste. 
  • Add lime zest to enhance the lime flavor.
